OUR STAFF

We have experienced, well-trained and well-motivated staff working with a great team spirit.  We believe in the strength and professional capabilities of our staff whose unflinching commitment makes it possible for us to deliver our promise. Our total staff strength is eighty-two (82).  This does not include our current temporary staff of seven. There is a large pool of experienced persons who we often recruit on contract basis, depending on the project life-cycle. 

In accordance with our belief in continuous improvement, we keep training our staff in order to sharpen their skills and to make them responsive to the demands of this technology-driven industry.

Our Key Staff
Our Key Staff include the following:
Ebenezer Asare, BSc Admin., ACCA, ICAG

EBENEZER ASARE is responsible for accounting and finance. As a Chartered Accountant, he offers such valuable professional advice and manages our finances in a way that enable us to remain financially stable. The complex nature of accounting and finance in this industry requires a lot of tactfulness, attention to detail and accuracy. Eben is really meticulous, and he is perhaps the only one who can do what he does best. He oversees the stores function and provides valuable advice on stores management.

Kingsley K N. Addo: B.A. (Hons)

Kingsley K. N. Addo is the Business Development Manager. He coordinates administration and production functions to ensure the supply of the necessary resources required for operations. He manages the administration staff and oversees supplier performance and certification. He provides the vital link between internal and external stakeholders.

Samuel Owusu Bentil: B. A. (Graphic Design)

Samuel joined the team after a brief stints with major Printing out fits in Kumasi. He is responsible for all security and confidential creatives. He has attended a lot of training and workshops both locally and abroad and brings these to bear on the job. Sammy is inspired by nature to churn out security design unmatched in the industry.

Michael Abbey: Dip. Printing Technology

Michael Abbey is the Quality Assurance Supervisor, working directly under the Production Manager. His responsibilities span across the entire spectrum of the printing process. He is therefore responsible for the activities of the entire production staff whose work he supervises on daily basis to enable them meet the expected quality standards.

Kingsley Adu-Boadi, Dip Graphic Arts

Kingsley Boadi is in charge of the reproduction section, which is one of the wings of the Pre-press department. This outfit transfers images from films onto plates to enable actual printing to commence.

Abraham Tettey- Nartey,DipM.MCIM, MSc, BSc, APR, FILRM Chartered Marketer

Abraham Tettey-Nartey is the head of the marketing department. After a stint with the Graphic Communications Group, he joined Innolink to share his marketing experience. Abraham is a specialist in Customer Care. He is usually the direct customer contact in most situations that require immediate attention. Abraham also acts as our Corporate Affairs Executive and is responsible for external communications with our stakeholders including international sales and business development. He also serves as the Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) Officer. Abraham is a Chartered Marketer, Accredited Public Relations Practitioner and a Fellow of the Institute of Loan and Risk Management and he brings that to bear on the job.

Albert Koomson, B. A. Graphic Arts

Albert Koomson works in the design studio. Having spent a long time in the advertising agency as a graphic designer, he is able to anticipate the needs of the client; and has the penchant for providing clients with captivating designs that they often find difficult to resist. He is an expert in advertising jobs like posters, brochures and leaflets.

Mr. Eric Asare: MSc MIS, Higher Dip.MIS, Dip. Theoretical Stat., Cert.Computer Studies.

Mr.Eric Asare is an astute IT professional with over 15years experience in the industry. He joined Innolink after 13 years of service as a Lecturer at IPMC where he taught on various subjects in IT. He head the IT department of the company, the first of a full service IT outfit in the industry, due to the importance we attach to the role of IT in the effective running of our business. Mr, Asare is a very meticulous person who believes in excellence and efficient ways of doing things.

Ama Amoabea Baiden, H.R Executive

Ama is the principal H.R Executive of the team. She is passionate about excellence and ensures that we recruit, train and maintain only the best staff in line with on quality policy. Ama is a labor and industrial relationship expert, having attended shorts courses in the field. She is also a member of our safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) team and responsible for the fire safety and health related issues of all staff.

Michael Kwesi Darku

kwesi is a Charted Accountant and I.T expert in programming and auditing. He is the assistant at the IT department and help to create various IT platforms and software for the smooth running of the company.

PRANCE OPOKU FIANKO

Prince Opoku join Innolink in 2017 as a marketing executive with twelve years experience in print, advertising and production management. Responsible for sourcing and outsourcing print productions. Also assist in monitoring and supervise print productions. He joined Innolink in 2017 May, from Ghana Publishing Company Limited as an Assistant production manager.
